Care FP has been delivering excellent primary health care treatment and advice
since opening in 2007. Our office is open 5 days a week, Monday - Thursday from
8 am to 6 pm. Our Friday hours are from 8 am to 4 pm.
A
physician is always on call via telephone for emergencies after-hours.
We
are a full-service family practice office. This means that we are a first point
of contact for any medical problem that may arise. We are able to assist in
both diagnosis and treatment of any medical condition from simple to complex.
We have highly-trained and professional staff that will treat you in a
personable and friendly manner to help you maximize your health and well-being.
We
pride ourselves on our ability to give great service in a timely fashion. We
make room for our established patients to be seen on the same day they are ill.
We are currently accepting new patients, however there may be a few days’ wait
for new patient appointments. Once you have established with us, we are
confident you will find it was worth the small wait to become one of our
patients.
